Q: How much does this service cost?
A: $35 per hour, regardless of distance. There is a two-hour minimum charge.

Q: When does the billing begin?
A: Billing begins at the time of pick-up until the moment the client is delivered to the final destination. Tolls and parking are the client’s responsibility.

Q: Are you insured?
A: We are fully insured, and all of our Appointment Companions have passed extensive background checks. We can provide proof-of-insurance and references at your request.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Q: How do I make the arrangements to be picked up?

Q: What happens if my appointment is running late?
A: We will give periodic cell phone updates to the client’s designated friend or family member during the appointment.
